Shuts off unless onscreen at all times

The second you open up a navigation app or uber driver app it stops recording. Thats really pathetic. It would work great otherwise, but Im an uber driver and it stops recording when I bring uber up on my phone - even when I use the built-in uber button in the Nexar app. Devs, fix this idiotic crap!
